Google Ads Display Certification

The Google Ads Display Certification covers planning and running visual ad campaigns on the Google Display Network. The Skillshop course page lists three sections and nine activities with an average completion time of 2 hours 56 minutes at Beginner level. An optional preparation section comes first, then the assessment section where passing earns the certification, and finally an optional study section on Google Ads Display.

Google says certified users can translate a marketing vision into a digital strategy, develop a Display strategy that fits wider company plans, plan for awareness, consideration, action and retention, reach new and existing customers with Google Display Audiences, and keep the plan in line with the budget. The course and the certification are free: Skillshop is available at no cost and Google states that its foundational certifications continue to be free of charge. After passing you receive a unique link to the certification or badge that you can share, and access to the material is unlimited so you can revisit it at any time.
