Introduction to Practical Project Management

This introduction is organised around the project management areas of knowledge, the framework used by the Project Management Institute. Its 46 short video lectures in three sections (about 1 hour 55 minutes, most of it in a single 83-minute section) define what project management is, survey each knowledge area, introduce basic tools and techniques, explain the project life cycle, and give an orientation to the PMI, the PMP credential and the PMBOK guide for anyone considering a formal certification later.
