Remote Work Revolution for Everyone addresses the shift to remote work that many organisations made rapidly during the COVID-19 pandemic and that Harvard expects to remain a permanent fixture. The course covers the key elements of remote work for individual contributors, managers and leaders: collaborating with colleagues you rarely see, keeping remote teams motivated, connected and productive, building the kinds of trust that remote work needs, choosing digital tools that increase productivity and access to team members, and leading a fully remote team. It ends with a plan to relaunch your team as effective remote contributors.
Harvard rates it introductory; it is self-paced and three weeks long at 2 to 3 hours per week. The course is free to audit on edX, with a verified certificate available for $149.
