The Amazon ECS Knowledge Badge Readiness Path is a ten-training Skill Builder learning plan, 12 hours 40 minutes long and rated Intermediate, covering Amazon Elastic Container Service. It begins with an overview of the containers learning series and an introduction to containers, then works through ECS fundamentals, deploying a workload on ECS, ECS security, networking, observability, auto scaling and cost optimisation, and deployment, ending with the Amazon ECS Knowledge Badge Assessment. The stated goal is to verify your knowledge: score 80 percent or higher on the assessment and earn an AWS Knowledge badge you can share with your network, issued through Credly; the assessment's listing adds that badges are issued within five to seven business days.
The intended audience is solutions architects, cloud operators and developers. According to AWS's badge page, Knowledge Badges are free to earn with a free Skill Builder account, and this plan page shows no notice that any training requires a subscription. Unlike the labs-inclusive Cloud Essentials path, this one lists digital courses, knowledge checks and the assessment only.
