Nine lessons, 4 hours 34 minutes in total, cover becoming an effective inbound marketer, analytics in marketing, engaging visitors with conversational marketing, implementing conversion rate optimisation, leveraging reviews and testimonials, understanding customers and generating insights, website user experience for marketers, and next steps, after a welcome lesson. Teaching is via 26 videos with eight quizzes before the certification exam, and the instructors include HubSpot product designers as well as Academy professors.
