Introduction to Microsoft Azure Data core data concepts

This short learning path opens Microsoft's Azure Data Fundamentals series, the training that supports the DP-900 exam. Microsoft's catalog lists it at 57 minutes, which we round to one hour, and rates it beginner. It has two modules read in sequence: the first explores core data concepts, covering how data is represented and stored and the difference between transactional and analytical workloads; the second explores data roles and services, walking through the jobs found on a data team and the Microsoft services they typically use, from Azure SQL and Cosmos DB to Fabric and Power BI. The modules are text units with a knowledge check at the end, and no subscription is needed for this particular path because it contains no hands-on exercises.
