Empathy and Emotional Intelligence at Work is a four-week BerkeleyX course from Dacher Keltner and Emiliana Simon-Thomas of UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center. It looks at where empathy, trust and cooperation come from psychologically and biologically, how emotional and social intelligence support happiness and productivity in organisations, and which research-based strategies strengthen empathy and resolve conflict constructively, ending with what it means to lead with social intelligence. The stated aim is better collaboration and more innovative, productive and satisfying experiences at work. edX lists it as introductory and self-paced at one to two hours a week.

The page names two prerequisites, GG101x The Science of Happiness and GG201x The Foundations of Happiness at Work, both of which are free to audit on edX. The audit track itself is free while the run is active and excludes graded work and the certificate; the verified certificate is $199. The course is in English with English transcripts.
