This learning path, which Microsoft codes MS-4018, shows office workers how to use Microsoft Copilot inside the Microsoft 365 apps they already use. Microsoft's catalog lists it at 258 minutes, which we show as 4.3 hours, and marks it beginner level for business users, administrators and consultants. Seven modules run in order: getting ready to work with Copilot, using AI-powered chat, building presentations, drafting documents, running more productive meetings, uncovering data insights, and improving email workflows. Each module is a sequence of text units with examples of prompts and a knowledge check at the end; there are no graded assignments.

To try the steps yourself you need a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence through your organisation, which is not included, so many readers will use the path as a guided tour rather than a lab. The training itself is free, like all Microsoft Learn content, and can be read without an account, though signing in records progress and awards a completion trophy. Microsoft does not issue a certificate for completing a learning path.
