Network and System Security introduces the field and the basics of protecting networks and operating systems. Web Application Security covers cryptography, web application security and mobile security. Incident Response and Forensics adds cloud security, incident response and forensics, and ethical hacking, and closes with the first interim assessment.

Risk Management and Compliance deals with cyber threat intelligence, risk management and compliance, and secure software development. Wireless Network Security finishes with wireless security, social engineering and physical security, Internet of Things security, and the legal and ethical side of the profession, followed by the second interim assessment; a final course assessment closes the diploma. The page's learning outcomes add vulnerability assessment and patch management, hardening operating systems and managing user accounts, firewalls and VPNs, and protecting data during cloud migration.
