WELL, the tutorials are based on old version of Zoho and a lot of time is being wasted on the data filling and there are instances where the trainer himself is not being able to fetch the details correctly. it seems the tutorial was made in a hurry where the trainer himself was doing hands on. Am not satisfied or i have chosen the wrong profile.

This course could be very much condensed, as a lot of time is spent reading from the webpage listings and watching the trainer complete the content. I also felt the trainer did not know how to use some aspects of zoho. The trainer himself was pleasant and polite.

It was a good experience. However in quite a few sessions, the quality of the display in the video at some places was very bad- for example, Projects, Forecasts. I could not read anything since the display was very blurred. But the course was very informative.

I learned quite some things. But I found a lot of things redundant and not well designed. First: The presenter keeps repeating the same product promo information for 1-2 minutes at the beginning of almost every video. That’s distracting. Second, the presenter spends so much time filling out forms. I don’t need a course to learn how to fill out forms, I can type it on my own. Third, The presented does not present adequately the concepts behind each feature, and how do all these combine. He did it a little in the intro videos, but not on the other videos. I wanted to mainly understand the concept deeply, not to learn how to fill out forms and keep hearing the terms Zoho uses. I was expecting something more educational.

very robotic and almost like he doesn’t want to be there either
its a waste of time to watch him just fill out fields and type in contact info – he could have better examples and have it done already
focus is on stuff that is obvious and lots of wasted tiem reading and typing fields = you could know nothing and teach this and you can take the class and know little

I found this course to be all over the place. The person giving the course didn’t know what some of the features were, kept jumping between sections, didn’t follow section headings. I would have learnt more if I spent fewer hours going through the platform myself. Very disappointing
