    Good training, but somethings could have been done differently. For example: Chapter 7: Break long emails into two parts.
    -Would it not be easier to only write the quick summary in the email’s body,
    and the details in a separate document to attach to the email?

    Complete, covers the foundation very well. Some information should be adapted to new systems (e.g. Outlook already groups conversations together) and resources within those tools. To me this is more of a email etiquette guide than a tactical resource. It’s also not specific to Team Communication most of the time, so the title could be clearer.
