Like many physical improvement/lifestyle courses, this one does a good job providing incentive for why, options for how and real world examples, i.e., on what to do. Unlike most, however, It’s fairly comprehensive (without pages, if not hours, of extraneous blah, blah, blah) covering most body parts with limited or no equipment. Even though some of the exercises must be modified for any physical problems, like back and knee pain. the basics are there and each individual can adjust as required. Thanks to Trainer Jack for his expertise.

Jack is practical about outlining what will TRULY make a client lose weight without devoting their entire life to “dieting.” Some may be new and some pointers might be things you’ve heard (and possibly disregarded) but he lays it out in a concise no nonsense fashion that allows you to prioritize what’s important..without having to get a degree in Nutrition and Personal Training. It’s all basic, doable steps and you get the sense he truly cares and wants to help everyone get healthy. He responds to any inquiries immediately and never hesitates to get you back on track. The video’s are okay, the exercise are good explained, but i need more challenge to train with like a complete video, these video’s are a short sample wich i find pitty so i can’t compete, i need to see it to keep motivated and to be encouragement from the trainer.

I know the title sounds a bit over-the-top but it is actually true.
I’m one of those people that Jack mentions in the course who don’t have time to exercise so I decided to give his 10 day food challenge a go. It went so well for me I decided to stick with it. I’ve been going for 7 weeks now and I’ve lost just over 6 kilos and counting.
Without any exercise whatsoever.
I got rid of processed foods, I eat very little dairy now (I can’t resist a bit of cheese every now and again!), I make decent healthy snacks to eat during the day, make sure I have breakfast every day, drink plenty of water and green tea and it has made a huge difference. I feel better and have more energy but most of all, the weight is coming off. I haven’t set any mad targets, I see this as a lifestyle change rather than a diet, I’m looking at it long term. I don’t want to be in shape just for summer. I want it to be a permanent thing.
I know that at some point I will need to do some exercise to get all the weight off but it’s going to be so much easier with the start I’ve got from Jack’s plan.
