Mostly a great course with a caring teacher that goes out of his way to present the material in a clear, simple and straightforward manner. Rarely there are times when things go by a bit quickly for me and I must review, review and review until I have found what I missed the first time through.
There are times when I found I needed to re-create the training video/timeline to match the presentation. Although, it would be easier if the presentations always lined up precisely, having to re-create them ultimately led to me having a greater understanding of DaVinci Resolve.
Also, some of the files are used out of place of the order of the course presentation. I recommend going through the course and uploading all of the resources at the start to avoid this frustration. Section 20 has 2 clips that should be put in a folder named “tracking clips” to help you find them when they are needed.
Once you upload all of the practice files, take note of the project folder as it contains some needed files that are not indicated in the lesson downloads.

Sometimes I did miss some additional explanation and it felt like things were skipped, but overall it’s a great introduction to Resolve.
