Very simple GF bread recipes that anyone could do. Very important tip on how to adjust the flour percentages and other ingredients when making gluten free baking. I do appreciate that this is difficult and I usually go with the feel and look of the dough. This way I have a more accurate way of adjusting before going for feel and look. It seems many students are having problems downloading the course material and recipes, myself included. We have left several messages in the Q&A section but so far it seems the problem has not been resolved.
I have also emailed the instructor about this issue at his yes2lifeshow address, but have not received any reply.
Also, in lecture 10 the video stops abruptly after oat flour; it seems the information is incomplete. Again, students have left messages in Q&A but looks like the last response from the instructor dates from 2019. No updates or replies after that.
The course is pretty useless if we aren’t able to put into practice what we learned by making the recipes, and are missing information because the videos are incomplete.
