This was a good overview of using Teams. The difficulty I have is that options are set by the admin and some functionality is not available which results in some of the course content not being relevant to our environment.

This course not only introduced me to new ways of productively using Teams, but it also reinforced what I have learned so far from the app prior to the experience.

Yes, I have learned so much about what this program has to offer! Our organization implemented the use of this program during the beginning of the pandemic with absolutely no training. We pretty much had to learn on our own in order to communicate with each other and our customers. This training offered more insight into how we can better utilize this program.

Good introduction in Teams but the bottom watermark (black band branded Udemy) covers some content (buttons, menus, etc.) Suggestion to add some transparency in watermark.
