It’s a great experience to me…. getting some most important conditions before practicing yoga.I also believe as an Indian yoga can change thoughts of mind and give more relax to our entire body.

A little bit too general. Academic citations were a waste of time. Any viewpoint can be ‘validated’ with one study or another. Musical introductions were annoying. Lack of accompanying images or video AT THE SAME TIME as verbal descriptions decreased the value of the verbage. Okay presentation but a little underwhelmed.

A very informational introduction to the essence of yoga and what it stands for. The only problem I had was the lack of visual aspect of the course. It would be nice to include several videos of different poses rather than just showing a picture for a second and than explaining body movements with words. Although I enjoyed listening to the general discussion about yoga and its benefits.

As the title says: Understanding Yoga. This is not a practical course, it’s your first view of the yoga world, knowing the most important things about this practice and the types of yoga. It gave me good insights to know how to start the yoga practice and how to select the yoga type that fits me.
