so far it is a good match. Content 3 is a bit confusing because it did not clearly specify who the payroll person is to the independent contractor and subcontractor. I had to replay the context several times to understand what she was trying to explain. I still am not sure, if i am a personal payroll person to these contractors or I am working with a payroll company.
