The course content is comprehensive and has entry points for any level runner. Half the time when I’ve tried new running concepts they haven’t worked out because I didn’t have a good explanation or backing data, but this course provides a great insight into how and why certain things are better or worse. The course speakers are great and know what they’re talking about, explaining everything as much as is needed.

Wide range of material that is useful to runners a varying levels; from beginners to advanced. My personal challenge to running better is better nutrition and better running techniques. Both were topics were well covered and I came away with new knowledge and techniques to try.
Ruth Clarke –
It seems as though its for more advanced runners

Excellent course! I’ve been running for some years, but had almost no knowledge on cross training and nutrition. As I plan to run a half-marathon this year, it was essential to watch it as soon as possible.
The teachers are great, their tips and videos go straight to the point, and the course follows a logical sequence. I’d highly recommend it for both new and seasoned runners, as the topics cover everything from techniques to nutrition and training plans.
They also answer questions very fast.
5 out of 5 stars for this course 🙂

The Guys have probably done the comrades Joburg-Pietrmaritsberg
to Durban 100k. I never got do that but I am 75yrs old started at 45yrs for marathons. I have doubts now about doing a marathon and I am running slower each year. I would like to get it all back. I completed 117 full marathons and 239half marathons and approx.60.10ks. for fun did them for charities.
