The Course That Rewires Your Brain For Lean, Healthy Eating

If you’re like most people, anytime you want to lose weight you probably go on a diet. Here’s the problem. When it comes to weight loss, your DIET is extremely important…but GOING ON A DIET is different.

Going on a diet doesn’t work–and that’s pretty much a fact at this point. Loads of studies and research confirm this pretty conclusively. (Watch the first free preview video lecture to learn why.)

See, trying to lose weight by going on a diet is like going into a garden that’s overrun with weeds…and TRIMMING the weeds, instead of pulling them out by the roots.

Yeah, that might make things look better for a little while, but it doesn’t fix the source of the problem. And because the roots are still there under the surface, the weeds quickly grow back–just like your love handles always seem to grow back.

If you’ve been unable to get the body you desire, and the body you deserve, it’s probably because you’ve been trying to change your end behaviors (the foods you eat, the exercises you do) without first creating the right foundation of habits & beliefs to support these new behaviors.

You see, real weight loss doesn’t begin on your plate. And it doesn’t begin in a gym. It begins…in your head. Because that’s where you form your beliefs, forge your habits, and make the little day-to-day decisions that add up to make you the person you are today.

And that’s why in this course you’ll learn how to lose weight by starting at the root source of the problem. (Lecture Four)

You’ll learn how to re-wire your brain for healthy eating that’s automatic (no willpower required) using the science of neuroplasticity. (Lecture Twenty-Two)

You’ll learn how to find where your limiting and disempowering beliefs are hiding, and replace them with more empowering beliefs and a stronger self-image. (Lecture Seven)

You’ll learn how to avoid the common weight-loss pitfalls you keep falling into, again and again, without even realizing it. (Lecture Eight)

Finally, and most importantly, you’ll learn how start thinking like a lean person…so you’ll start acting like a lean person. (Lecture Twenty-Four)

And before you know it, you’ll BE a lean person–inside and out.

* Note: This is not a diet. This is a mental reframing system that you can use with ANY diet in the world–including no diet at all, if you prefer to simply eat the foods you enjoy and still lose weight at a slow but steady clip. *

Who this course is for:

  • If you’re looking for a “magic pill” or a trendy new Hollywood diet…then you’re in the wrong place.
  • But if you DESIRE to lose weight…
  • If you’ve TRIED to lose weight in the past…
  • And you can’t quite put your finger on WHY you haven’t been able to lose weight before…
  • Then this course is for you.

This is the second time I’m doing this course. In February I went on a vacation and had an amazing time showing off my lean body at the beach. I haven’t kept up with this line of thinking in the last several months, but I have full confidence that it will work again!

Material is great. Very useful information which, while not new to me, was useful to review.
Technical sound glitches on a few of the videos which required going forward and backward a coup[le of times between lectures, but other than that, good stuff.

Material would be improved by at least mentioning the effect of high glycemic index foods on blood sugar, insulin spikes and fat storage. Eating rice cakes will definitely cause spikes in blood sugar and insulin and result in weight gain, despite their low calories.

Although I do agree that calories in/calories out is important, the fact remains that while weight loss is important, eating to prevent diabetes is critical to health. A person can be thin and still have diabetes. You do address that point by the instruction to be aware of portion size and frequency, but as a provider, I think that point could be emphasized more.

it gave me a new way of looking at my beliefs in dieting. Eating health is a way of thinking and cnn be reprogrammed.. It gave me a rejenivated motivation to cook again, some thing I got way from, because of an emphasis on to do list instead of quality of things to be accomplished in a day. Quality eating vs midless eating. highly recommend it!

OMG!!! Amazing! His approach is like no other when it comes to weight loss. I’ve always battled my mind when it comes to my relationship with food and my weight issues. He was straight to the point and I will definitely check out his other videos.

good course to become more aware of limiting beliefs. loved the visualisation! little bit pity that they tune in on calories and say that you still can eat cake. If you are addicted to sugar it doesn’t work even if it still fits into your calories for the day. if you eat sugar you will just go off and start getting to binge again.

I’m halfway through the course, I skimmed the topics for the last half. May I suggest a “chapter” on accepting your your weight loss success and celebrating your new body. I had previous success with weight loss (73 pounds) but due to a stumbling block ( a limiting belief) I told myself after the success I had, that this is too good to last. This is the main reason why I seeked some mental assistance for the new weight loss journey. I know exactly how powerful your mind can be and how important it is to invest in the right thought pattern to sustain change, but I need some guidance and “tools” for that.

    Best Wishes
    Christine (South Africa)

This is better than I expected it to be, its not a diet or workout plan its how to change the way you feel and think about food for a lasting weight loss.

So far everything I heard make sense. I love the analogy used to the house and football quarterback.

This is a perfect match for me. It taught me how to see myself as a lean person and soon I started developing eating habits that reflected that thinking.
