    very easy on the eye so certainly engaging and keeping ones attention….however was hoping for a little more variety as am not a massive chicken lover or of slow cooked meals….no fact and figure statistics or comparable visuals..think this is definately one for the men

    Finished the course now, (theory) very helpful and easy to follow. Simple on the food recipes , Jack must really love Mexican food!! But I am sure this type of food can be substituted for any type. ( I am a bit sensitive to chili and hot spice’s) .
    Really good tips about weight training and burning fat,
    and what to do when you reach your plateau, was helpful.
    Now to put it to action, And I know it will work for me.

    Just really disappointed in the contents of this course. VERY little about the proper foods for slow carb diet, very few recipes for actual meals – very little pertinent information, period. Even if this were listed as Intro to Slow Carb for Weight Loss, it would have come up short. Tells us to go buy Tim Ferriss’s book for info – overkill. And the “Bonus Material” consisted of nothing more than links to the presenter’s other Udemy courses – I’ll pass, thank you.
    P.S. – Instructor mentions that if we have any questions, to ask and he will answer them promptly. Well, I did ask one question right after signing up for the course, and never got a reply. Oh well…

    I wish he would leave a workout sheet like he did with the foods you can and can not eat. I’m a visual learner and I don’t like this gym because I don’t really know what exercises to do for the best results besides squats.
