I took this course because it didn’t focus only on an iPhone but rather mobile photography. The instructor had an iPhone but I could use the information with my android phone too. I learned several new tips!

It was a good class & I’m glad I signed up for it. There could have been a little more going into setting for exposure i.e. touching the screen. I have also been taking an inperson class so I understood all of that but I would have been confused if I was not aware of how to set the exposure. Repetition on something like that is good 🙂
Would also be nice to see a class on how to take those great photos & use different apps to make the photos better.

This is sold a mobile photography class. It is, however, more about generic photography. Additionally, when mobile phone photography is covered, it is specific to the iPhone. Most of the apps discussed don’t exist on the Android.

The course is awesome. It gives you the foundations to start playing with your camera and provides some cool tips to be really creative. It’d be cool to get some subtitles (English or Spanish) so more people can also enjoy it. I only saw iPhone apps in the course. It’d be great to show some examples using an Android too.

I really enjoyed learning about how to use a mobile phone to take creative pictures. Also learned what accessories (tripod, lenses, etc.) would produce better quality and when/how to use them.
Since I was/am a total beginner, I appreciated learning about how to turn on grid lines (and why), as well as using HDR and AE/AF lock and other features of my iPhone camera.
Why I gave 4 stars: The pace was a little too fast for me and I would have really liked to have specific assignments that supported each of the lessons so I would go out and practice.

It was nice and quick but it did not get into taking portraits which is what I wanted to get into. Wanted to ask if I take portraits pictures since I am a makeup artist do I use the sharp method or?

It was a good course. In mobile photography I was expecting a little bit of taking selfies too, even though it really doesn’t require to go into too much depth. I was looking particularly for making a dating profile, but the course had a lot of useful info about photography which will come in handy for all purposes so thanks for that 🙂

Waaaaay to remedial for experienced photographers.
Needs to be clearer for beginners. Show them how to turn Thirds on USING THEIR PHONE.
Listen, building classes like this is extreme work and each experience is a learning curve.
What kept this to a Two Star rating were the stories he finally included at the end… those were golden, and increased viewer memorability.

Pretty much nothing about Photography. 4-5 techniques, which i suppose is very well known by every amateur, and nothing which is not available on free internet. Highly disappointed.
Matthew McCord –
The course started off slow, almost gave up on it… but glad I did not. Middle of the course, where it describes the use of all the features and different apps is what makes it worth it. Good for beginngers that want to learn basics of using the mobile camera

Wonderful tips that have helped me level up my work from being completely amateurish.
