I have been following a high carb low fat diet for some time now and I wanted to just reiterate or cement what I believe and I was curious to see what Laura had to say – Laura is right on the mark and has done a great job explaining the perfect diet for us humans, as well as making it an easy format to follow – highly recommend this course.

This was a really great course. Laura did a fantastic job explaining the program and making it very informative and entertaining (lovely singing voice). Overall it was a very informative course. I do not agree with completely everything that was there (like: eating so many bananas in a smoothie in one go), but this diet is a good start to a healthier life.

BUT, the bible and Jesus aspect in the course content is unecessary.
As not all have the same belief’s as the instructure.
To some Jesus is just one ascended master, there are many more, as in Buddha etc
And the bible is outdated, as its a mixture of stories with some truths
The quote “The only way to God is through Jesus” is rubbish, our God selves are within us, this comes through a connection to higher consciousness.
The course would be better without the bible bashing/religious aspect.
Some individuals know Jesus through other means, as I am aware of him when channelling energies for healings. But i do not read the bible or go to church. At other times I may channel Isis or ETs etc
Jesus himself is fine as one ascended master, but the bible confuses people and the religions claim Jesus as their’s, that is control of the mass population. Jesus without the so called religion and the stories of the bible is good.
I really question whether the course requires this content?

I really want to get into the details of the course. I have not heard much as of yet, about “why” an alkaline diet is important. This would have been a better start to the course. However, I am glad she has experience. I am a certified nutrition health coach and my main goal is to introduce a safe and healthy way for clients, wanting to loose weight and keep it off.
