It’s great, you can learn a lot! But boy, I miss Colt. This new instructor that he inserted first was too slow and then he accelerated his videos and made it so hard to undestand the hard stuff.
But with patience and persistence you can really learn how to do a MERN app
Jason Storer –
I’m a fan of Colt’s teaching style and this course is going very well so far.
Miloš Nasković –
I enjoyed the course and perfected my skills. But this course was ideally completed in 2018 when I bought it. It needs an update for 2021.

Taking the course is a mind blowing experience

The main reason I got this course was for REACT. But they use service to spin up a virtual computer, ‘Cloud 9’. Cloud 9 is now apart of AWS and has been changed. While their working through Cloud 9 you are working through AWS or locally. So you now have a guarantee of that you will be using a different working environment then the instructor, thus running in to different problems etc etc.

Great amount of information and topics covered. The only downside really was the complex end project felt rather rushed.
Nikolay Balov –
Well structured, compact course for those short on time.

some of the sections don’t even use any example to explain something and its very hard to understand just by looking at the slides however colt’s teaching style is still the same and he is the only instructor in this course who explains everything deeply

This is the best course I have ever taken in my life. In only 2 or 3 months of fulltime studying I finished 90% of the course and at that point I had already learned enough to find a job as front-end developer. Great lessons. Great coding exercises and projects. I’m even considering to finish the last sections one day just because it is a great course. In my job I work with WordPress, Vue and Nuxt, but still it was very useful to learn React since it is similar to other JS frameworks. Many thanks for this course that literally changed my life/career!
Kalina Kalcheva –
The course is really nice. Explanations are clean and well structured. There are good examples.

So far, thorough coverage of CSS at a good pace – not too quick and the minor digressions are informative.
THEN came the JavaScript. Very thorough, but I feel it was a bit too rushed.
I like having to research elsewhere to figure out answers to quiz questions and don’t want thing just handed to me, but this was a bit too much.
Definitely learning a lot though.
Might have to cancel some other courses – this one has everything I think I need.
