If I had paid for this course I would not have been pleased. The course had nothing to do with Qigong Meditation and made every attempt to sell additional products on their web site. Hope this is not where UDEMY is headed.

My only disappointment with this is that the “golden ball of light behind your face isn’t included in the full meditation audio. It’s such a useful visual and transition, and yes, makes me smile. The manner of delivery was difficult to listen to. Sounded almost comical and silly, very distracting from what could be a good intro to this type of meditation. But it was free and that is appreciated.
