I love this course and I love the teachers. I have their am and pm tai chi DVD and I follow along and use it, but in this course I sometimes have difficulty following along because of the way the teachers position themselves. It’s easier to follow along from behind the teachers and not so easy when the teachers are facing left or right. Otherwise I love this course and I appreciate how they show the movements slowly and in segments.

So far, I love it! I love the way it incorporates teaching segments with movement segments.

Good course, I’ve learned a lot from it. I appreciated being able to bookmark parts of videos to go back to the same place multiple times to get a movement right. The presentation of the material is very good. Most of the motions of the presenters are easy to follow. However, some of the camera work is just distracting, and some unfortunate cuts from one view to another made some of the movements more difficult to learn than they would have been with a single stationary camera. Searching YouTube for additional material on the Yang 24 form helped fill in the gaps. I would take another course from these presenters if it were available.
