Sifu Wong has presented a unique and accessible style of teaching. His step by step teaching methods have allowed me to progress at my own pace. I love the ethos Sifu Wong has of, making everything correct and strong before moving to the next technique or movement. This shows his invested in me as a student. His structured lessons quickly show results if you follow them as instructed. Sifu explains things in relation to current and future learning, which I feel impowers me with knowledge and understanding. Master Wong always leaves me feeling encouraged and inspired. Onto the next lesson.

just want to say by the way, as great as your Wing Chun is compared to Ip man garbage they sell now, your modernization of Tai Chi is the BEST martial arts on the planet in my opinion. I really get you, people question you mostly because they hate everything not mma, or they are hardcore traditionalists. Modernizing something so valuable is a must to a real martial artist. Thats all mma is, and the critics call you bull shit, you are simply doing what they done to their styles to your own. Thanks for being bold enough to except and overlook the assholess and share your hardwork outside of textbook study

Tai Chi Combat by Sifu Wong is a surprisingly well-rounded course. Through an impressive set of demonstration-based lectures, the instructor showcases a variety of martial applications for many common Tai Chi postures and movements. He goes on to provide solid instruction in basic Tai Chi and Chi Kung for health, and includes detailed breakdowns for two different popular Tai Chi forms. Interesting and informative, I highly recommend this course for anyone looking for a good introduction to the different applications and benefits of Tai Chi.

One of the best video quality for online martial arts and the Udemy platform fits it nicely. The course can be learned with a pick and choose method since the sections can be independent. Master Wong replies are very fast and his feedback is very useful. I highly recommend this course. (I’m a beginner in martial arts)

I will rate this between 3 and 4 the reason being is I was looking for more tai chi combat applications.
Possibly a breakup of every movement within the yang or chen form as it applies to combat.
Hopefully you will add more videos in the near future.

There are a lot of explanations and it is good to follow. On movements in different directions for me it is hard so see the exact orientation especially in the park and sometime Sifu Wong is a little bit to fast for me (56 age)

The information is priceless but the content seems a bit out of order. I not sure where to start and I already know a Tai Chi form.

Finally, combat TaiChi done right. Master Wong is not for everyone (a bit rough) but, he sure knows how to teach! And he’s great.

Master Wong’s course is so well thought out. The information is broken up into the most appropriate sized chunks allowing you to absorb and retain the teaching. I am grateful for this course. Peace~

O curso é ótimo, mas algumas aulas tem conteúdo repetido e acaba ficando um pouco cansativo para assistir. Mas o material é fenomenal.

Most Tai chi videos by other masters can’t be followed at home because the moves are designed for practice in outdoor space. Master Wong’s combination is designed to follow at home with limited space. He also breaks down each move and repeats the move a few times. So I find it ideal for self-study at home.
