I have to prepare some content for a website on this topic. I am reasonably knowledgeable already but it is not my subject. This has added to my knowledge but has also helped me link up the things I already know in a much more coherent way.
I am a fairly ancient triathlete (63) and have also realised that I was making a stupid mistake on my own nutrition which I should have appreciated myself given my existing level of knowledge.
