It was a good experience doing this course, I learned a lot. I was expecting a bit elaborated explanation about how to process your vocals to make it sound almost like a professional recorded song. Overall its good and Dean makes the journey more fun.

I started ten months ago on the iPad version and released seven songs so far, but I’m stuck relying on others to master vocal tracks because the Mac version of GarageBand, which is more powerful, doesn’t have the same interface as the iPad. I feel like I’m going backwards, but with better tools. I need to learn this program. Gotta say, not crazy about the religious advertising in a paid GarageBand course. Other than that, so far, so good at the halfway point.
