It was easy to follow, however I was looking for more detailed information as a coach.

I work at a sleep lab and test patients with sleep disorders. I went to a symposium, some 10 years ago with Dr Perlis, on CBT-I and wanted a refresher on the topic.

I have had difficulty getting to sleep without taking medication, since having a sudden on set of Tinnitus about 11 months ago. I know getting enough sleep is important, and I am keen to learn how to get to sleep naturally, like I used to be able to do.

Ive been struggling with sleep for years and tried everything, so much of the course seems to be things I already know except for the sleep restriction part so I just jumped ahead to that and am starting it tonight because it completely addresses a concern I have about me mentally assoicated my bed as a place of anxiety due to inability to sleep. My other anxiety is not getting enough done, so this solves both and I am excited to see if it will work in the long run. Im optimistic about this one, as the one method i havent tried. Especially when i find out it is the number 1 most effective method. Cant believe i am just learning this now

It gave me a lot of helpful insight that I’ve started to help me with my own sleep issues then hopefully I’ll be able to help others knowing what works.
