– the coach should always introduce himself at the beginning.. What he does, how involved in the subject he is. When it comes to bodybuilding it’s also important, as the student would like to see how bulk the coach is so that he knows if he can be trusted. Here we meet the coach at the end, with examples of exercises.
– it’s science-based but we usually don’t see the data, and we never see the sources.
– basic concepts, no examples of actual diets.
– still, there were some parts that I’ve liked.
Fellow reader, you might say that I’m fussy about $10 course, but really there are great, complex courses on udemy with the same pricing mechanisms.
