Covering each week of pregnancy (week 12 through week 40), these video classes provide the yoga postures you need to take care of yourself and your growing baby. Each video includes a warm-up followed by a series of standing, seated, and lying postures, all especially adapted for your stage of pregnancy. They finish with a lovely guided relaxation to help you to learn to be in the moment. Classes last 30-60 minutes.
The course will help prepare your body and your mind to deliver your baby. It will facilitate you regaining your figure after childbirth. All postures and techniques are especially adapted to take care of you and your baby.
Classes contain:
- Information on you and your baby’s development for that week of your pregnancy
- Warm Up exercises
- Sun Salutations adapted for your growing baby
- Yoga postures – standing, seated and lying
- Yoga breathing techniques
- Relaxation
You can start the course at the week that is appropriate for you. We look forward to joining you on your wonderful journey.

I enjoyed the music and pace. I think the ‘modifications’ for those that aren’t as flexible and new to yoga should be shown for safety reasons. i.e.- using props for sitting, belts in stretches and blocks to support the body in movements. With pregnancy being such an important time for a women body changing I think this would make this lesson more safe for those that are not aware of their bodies and can protect further agains injury or harm. I am looking forward to the rest of the series! thank you 🙂

I loved following this Yoga program during my pregnancy. It’s a wonderful program that takes you through week 12 through week 40, and the instructor is as far along in her pregnancy as the student is when pacing the program. I was able to practice each weekly session a few times a week and it was fantastic. I absolutely recommend this course for anyone who wants to do prenatal yoga (yoga during and throughout their pregnancy.

This course is great as it has tailored exercises for each week of pregnancy. The instructor has a calming voice too. The only thing is that she doesn’t always tell you to change position so you can end up falling behind if you’re not watching.

This course have helped me immensely through my pregnancy. I’d exercised regularly before I got pregnant but this yoga routine and stretching were the only forms of exercise I could keep going with all the way to the end. It was extremely helpful in keeping me emotionally and mentally prepared and strong as well as in maintaining my physical health and endurance which I needed not only for labor but especially now that my baby is here. I particularly enjoyed the short explanations of what to expect on each week in terms of the changes in our body and the development of the baby. The breathing exercises are also something to learn, remember and use anytime you need in life. I can only recommend this course to everyone. I think the classes are easy to follow even for someone who is not as experienced in doing yoga. Enjoyable and relaxing.

This is a really nice yoga practice, there is a little intro reminding you of what’s going on with you and your baby, then the class is very well paced and the fact that there is one class per week makes it a lot more entertaining. Definitely worth it!
