This course relates to relieving MindBody pain using Meditation. MindBody pain is real physical pain that results from repressing strong emotions, especially emotions of fear and anger. The source of the pain is emotional and can be triggered at any time, causing severe pain in many parts of your body.
Mindfulness Meditation is a great way to investigate how your inner turmoil is playing out physically, and causing pain. It is a great practice to do every morning, but you can take regular short Mindfulness Meditation breaks during the day as well, whether you are at home or at work.
Stressful situations come and go in everyone’s life, but you can deal with them through Mindfulness Meditation by recognizing these emotions for what they are, and not allowing them to be held inside, and not allowing them to cause physical or psychological symptoms in your life.
Mindfulness Meditation helps to create space between the stressors and your responses to them, and to ask yourself each time “Is this useful?” when there’s something stressful going on in your head.
Mindfulness Meditation has been compared to a software upgrade for the brain, and has been proven by Neuroscientists studying long-term meditators under MRI scanners, that it improves your life by making permanent changes to your brain structure.
Mindfulness Meditation will make you aware of what is happening right NOW and neutralizes the negative voices in your head.
Research has continually shown that Mindfulness Meditation lowers stress and anxiety, improves your coping skills, and improves your general sense of well-being. With the additional Mindfulness tools provided in this course you can use Meditation to get rid of recurring chronic pains.
Always visit your doctor to rule out a purely physical cause for your pain.

This instructor makes the mind-body connection that a lot of our physical pain – is emotional pain that is not expressed or dealt with. True and appreciated.
However, I’m looking for mediation techniques to relieve real physical pain from an accident, injury or illness, not for forgiving a perpetrator.
He has a 2 sections on forgiving our perpetrator(s). Really??? This is not the course I wanted or expected.

Don’t wish to be cruel and having studied Mindfulness and meditation but also an ex Teacher, Presenter and Online Instructor who has taught presention skills with out you really need to spend time in learning how to communicate effectively to your intended student.
Your topic is a very valid one especially as in the last few years I have been very ill and even though having studied meditation when young doing martial arts turn to it again (especially Mindfulness) to not only get me over my suffering but to calm my body down and make me better.
So with my best intention to help you, let me start by saying you have broken the main cardinal sin of using (I assume Powerpoint) to fill up your screeen with text that you read over. Your background colour and text is the same through out, too large, does not change at all and no graphics at all.
I can promise most students (especially in our world of media) would last about 30 seconds before turning off.
You might as well be reading a book, and by doing so you are actually insulting your intended viewer.
I don’t know if you have, but I recommend you view a variety of ‘free’ Udemy courses or even pay for some, I as you can is some one who is free with their opinion, and very critical BUT having viewed a great number of free and paid for online courses – Udemy Instructor are with out doubt some of the best I have ever seen.
May I suggest you get over any reservations (even after 35 years I still hate seeing my self or hearing my voice) and simply talk to the camera using your already written script.
A simple white background with a blue or brown outfit sat in a chair or on the floor, with a basic vase with some flowers – to offset and balance your own body shape.
Intersperse this with a short graphic or video of a candle or floating flower such as an orchid in a wooden bowl floating in water – where you can do a short 5 minute meditation instruction with some gentle music in the background.
The very nature of Mindfulness and meditation as you well know is simplicity, so it’s very nature adds benefits yoou now needing to do complicated graphices, videos, graphics etc.
I do hope you try again as your topic is one people need.
