very informative and clear instruction. But Im finding difficult to keep all that in memory. It would be nice to have some tests in between the sections.

Great intro course, I have been working with SQL for several years, but this one really does a great job of reviewing the basics. The scripts provided are excellent examples, complex enough to make the point, yet simple enough where you aren’t lost in logic.

Overall good informative lessons but too many repetitions of the exact same code instead of variations. The “practical” and theoretical examples should not be the exact same code.

Since I had never worked with Oracle Database or PL/SQL, at all, I began to understand how some of its basic inner workings functioned. I must admit, I was a little let down as to how this course does not cover creating a database and setting things up from scratch (the course and its instructors provide material for one to upload to start quickly, but leaving actually setting those things up from zero). Nonetheless, I could relate Oracle and PL/SQL’s approach to SQL with what I do know (SQL Server and MariaDB, basic knowledge on both) and felt that it was being taught properly and without too much filler content (instead, straight to the point). I did like examples on almost every video, which is a welcome change to how certain groups teach programming languages, etc., here in UDemy.

Explanation is really good. But the resources doesn’t have the setup files required for PL/SQL(SQL developer and Oracle XE).

I am happy with the explanation, but unable to find the scripts, the instructor asks us to download. I have already looked in places where I should find it and also cross verified with a friend who was using to the same tutorial but could not find the scripts he keeps referring us to. hence, the 3 stars.

There should be more practical examples and I can’t find the files the instructor uses to practice. There’s no point in just listening and not practicing.
