This is a good no nonsense, cleanly presented and well prepared course with exactly the right level of information for the beginner looking at creating a residual income.
One piece of advice: You will need an open mind in using the Excel spreadsheet in the 5 Year Plan section. Think of all the possible ways in which you could achieve something like this!

There are so many courses on marketing and building income online. Many of them are heavy on tactics and light on strategy. What Mark does here is provide a pretty solid overview of online residual models in one place. He also provides a very useful spreadsheet that allows you to project earnings based on provided variables.
The downside to this is that it’s not very practical in terms of execution of any of these business models. However, it was not advertised as such. So in that respect, it accomplishes exactly what it sets out to, which is to give an overview of online residual models that exist.
If you want tactics, this course is pretty light. That said, strategy is very important when you are planning your business. Tactics are interchangeable, strategy, not so much.
What would make this more valuable in my opinion is a deeper breakdown of his described models. There are many sub-models to these models that can be explored.
I’d also love to see a good resource section, maybe downloadable, of different existing platforms, sites, services, etc…
Lastly, a good matrix detailing these models would rock.
Other than that, I love this course and it’s one I will go through again as I plan my ongoing strategy for my own properties.

I found this course informative and worth my time. It is a great place to start if you’re new to online income creation; if you already got your feet wet it might be too basic. Recommended for beginners to evaluate what skills and actions the different kinds of online biz entail. I particularly liked the strategy section that offers valuable success tips. There is also a helpful resource pdf in the end.
