Highly practical to apply in my daily life. The stretching exercises are worth the money. Disappointed that all the infographics link are down. Please amend those links or send the infographics to me, thank you

Not gonna lie, came into this pretty curious on Ergonomics but left with my interests in Muscles and Movement satisfiedy, i love the way it takes a deep looking into how the body works and what we can do to combat getting injured whilst doing our daily lives. Great Course
Kelly Patey –
I really like how they explain how the way you sit, stand etc. has effects on other parts of the body that you wouldn’t expect. Also the different exercises are great!
Grzegorz Bernas –
I haven’t learned anything new, but maybe because I’m an amateur hockey player and taking attention to my health and overall fitness. For someone who did not do any research on a healthy work environment, this can be useful. The parts where you are describing all kind of muscles fells unnecessary for me.
Susmita Das –
This course is a goldmine of information, practical demonstrations and tips. Thoroughly enjoyed every bit of this. Congratulations!
Carla Camasura –
Kinda boring. The best parts were the stretching exercises (VERY effective) and the clip of Tasmania at the end.
Rajesh Nair –
Outstanding compilation and a must view for every professional who has a lot of ‘sit down’ work !
Vinh Loc Tong –
Good explanation about postures, pain and exercises to reduce/avoid the risks of the office life. Thank you.
David Sandstrom –
Generally great job! There are few stretches that I would look at. When you place your hand behind your lower back, have the palm face the body, otherwise you are reinforcing internal rotation of the shoulder. A few things like that, some spelling things to fix which do not detract from the course.
Ashish Kumar –
A course everyone should enroll to. A must for working class!
