Lecturer has good knowledge and he shared all the topics very well but sometimes he skips many small topics and bit slow in speaking and teaching.

I was having no prior experience with OBIEE and this course is not very helpful for a person like me.
First of all, the instructor’s pace of explaining is too slow and the pronunciation is not very good (though this is not a big problem. There are subtitles and have the option to play the recordings in higher speeds. I usually used to play it at 1.5x speed and sometimes even at 2x).
The main problem is that the instructor is just giving you the steps to complete a few projects. He almost never explains the bigger picture and the context of what is being done. I was puzzled and could not get the larger picture. In other words, ‘HOW to do’ part is covered but ‘WHY it is done’ part is not. Many doubts are left unanswered.
Also, I was facing issues in setting up Oracle Virtual Box in my laptop. And it occupies a lot of space which could make the laptop slower. The only good thing is that I got familiarized with the admin tool and the web interface a bit.
Overall not recommended for someone new to OBIEE.
