Mr Harder covers a lot of information but sections it off into bite-sized videos in which he doesn’t waste time on unnecessary information and answers a range of questions. I’m not a nutrition expert (why would I buy this course if I was?) and I have found that information sticks in my brain after watching these videos. I haven’t completed the course but have applied his information and found I am performing better as well as feeling better. Bottom line, his videos are easy to understand and they don’t take up too much time out of your day where you could dedicate two videos and be done in ten minutes. It’s especially convenient if you have to wait for whatever reason. To finish this off: it’s a great investment for those who aren’t adept in nutrition like myself.
