Inflammation is at the root of almost every chronic health condition. The list of symptoms of systemic inflammation is a lengthy one including joint and body pain, weight gain, brain fog, anxiety and depression, digestive problems, migraines, skin issues and persistent fatigue to name a few of the more common ones. Inflammation is at the root of almost every autoimmune disease as well.
In this course, we are going to cover how to heal inflammation naturally using food as medicine and integrative medicine practices such as meditation and exercise. We will begin with understanding how the immune system works, then discuss inflammation when it is doing what it should and when it is not. We will discuss what causes inflammation, leaky gut syndrome, dysbiosis and how to determine where your “weak link of inflammation” is. Students will learn what foods to avoid, and how to create a diet plan that works right for them.
I too used to suffer from inflammation-related issues. I had brain fog, fatigue and skin issues. I was on the edge of adrenal fatigue and burnt out. As a practicing Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this was hard for me to accept, but it was my reality. I used the principle and techniques in this course to heal myself, and hundreds of my patients.
There is a new fad diet every day. Someone telling you “do not do, that do this!” In Nutrition for Inflammation, we address the root of the matter. We address the cause of the problem, inflammation, and in doing so, we treat all the branches – the symptoms. We explore the latest health and nutrition research to reverse chronic inflammation.

This course has been incredible. I have suffered with a chronic skin condition for over 10 years hidradenitis suppurativa and have started a journey of self healing this year. In March i went plant-based/body cleanse and have lost over 40kg my skin has improved a lot but i am still having a few issues with my HS. I am at a point in my life where i know i need to help others dealing with such a horrible skin condition and bring awareness to HS. I did this course to educate myself further and to also pick up new tips and pointers for my own health. The course has been extremely informative and easy to understand and you are provided with such great resources to help and guide you. Thank you so much for providing such a great course for people like myself.

The course is actually not bad at all, however the transcript is ridiculous. Since the gentlemen does articulate at all, and the transcript doesnt match with the sound, i actually missed a huge amount of information which i paid for. I am not impressed. Translating “dysbiosis” to “death by ISIS” was hilarious tho.
Michelle Christensen –

The information that was in this course was awesome, I am walking away knowing more about how I can control my inflammation with a better eating plan along with how these different foods are actually helping minimize the inflammation in my body. I feel that I’m able to help others as a trainer, with some guidelines about nutrition along with helping reduce inflammation issues with explaining on how these different foods are actually helping. Thank you for a well outlined course.
