Review from Sam: Revolutionary way to learn chord progression!
Already knew circle of 5ths when I first learned theory, but didn’t know that it also can be used to chord progression for every key.
Rosa structured the whole course in such a detail where it takes you from a player who can’t play without score to a player who can start playing simple songs by ear. But what is more important is that you can advance further from there by playing in different keys, exploring more advanced chords using her concept.
Even if you are an advanced player, I think this course still can help you build a solid foundation in understanding the chord progression in more details.
Highly recommended!

Review from Barbara: Circle of 5th’s really is magic for learning!
This course is so full of information it will keep you busy for awhile. The Magic Circle has helped me learn Key Signatures, the order of Sharps and Flats, Roman Numerals & Chord progressions. There is a Chart in the course that is helpful also. I loved the exercises which helped me retain the information. Best course on the Circle of Fifths I have ever encountered. Quality course.

Sidney Nadoza –
I’m self-taught and have much too learn. But this course I learned what all my music books showed but never explained. Thank you for sharing. I finally finished. Wow, it took a lot of patience. Great course!!!
Robert Delgado –
This is a comprehensive and easy to understand music course. Rosa didactics and experience is invaluable. I highly recommended. Thank you.
Neville Evans –
Because it deserves that rating
Juan Medina –
It has made me understand the circle of 5ths better. Understanding that the notes go from the right bottom going up. Also, why tension is added and why.
Guven Oguz –
I have learned a ton of stuff and I will definitely continue with the other music theory courses of Rosa. Recommended!
Emil Buencamino –
Very easy to follow. Excited to proceed to the next modules by Rosa!
Sunny Asia Co., Ltd. –

Daryl Brooke –
Moving a bit slow
Fidel Hernandez –
Very helpful.

I give this course, and the instructor, credit for including a lot of very useful content, which provides a practical tool for analyzing and playing music.
However, it is far from perfect:
1. While the course is helpful, it glosses over certain terms and–quite importantly–fails to explain the relevance of certain observations.
2. The course is quite repetitive. If you trimmed away the parts where a lesson is repeated for a different key, you would likely cut down the course by 80%.
3. The lessons could be more practical. Instead of simply observing that certain songs follow a certain chord progression, it would be helpful to learn how to derive the key and chord progression from the chords.
4. Last but most important: you will go through this entire course without hearing a single musical note or chord played in the videos. I found this quite surprising and, to be honest, very disappointing.
