I absolutley loved this instructor and course. The outline of the material is thoughtful and flows beautifully. The course is very informative but flows at a very comfortable pace which is not to much info super fast, but not dragged out either.

I love the way the course has been explained so far.
I am just slightly concerned about this very aspect: what’s the boarder between mindfunless support and psychoterapy?
I am concerned about the fact that in order to help someone who’s psychologically struggling with himself/herself, I should also know about psychology and subjects connected to it.
To conclude: I do not want to hurt people and give them the “wrong” support.

It’s early in the course and things are simple at this point with no surprises or ah ha moments. Nothing negative, just the way it is. It’s ok

Easy to follow & understand. Clear sequential & structured modules yet a friendly non judgmental guidance. Also very comprehensive for mindfulness practice and instructing mindfulness exercises or being an example of awareness to others.
