A great course, very well prepared with detailed examples and how to do it. I found out the hard way that I don’t have Access in my MS Office though it allowed me to open the files as unlicensed but I couldn’t edit or add anything, just see what happens which was fine since my main goal was to know what this Access is about.
Also, I got an overview about VBA and got a much better idea on what to expect from it. It sure is a powerful tool and this course gives you a taste of it.

Excellent beginner Intro to controls, objects and frequent tasks with progression to some intermediate subjects. The main focus is on the numerous, often inscrutable, built-in ribbon controls (which do indeed have consistency and flow after they are explained) and use of interactive expression builders as well as a bit of customization for criteria selection, “On Click” functions and the like. Formatting is well covered. The presentation is very clear and the thought process behind various design decisions is made clear. Suggested “assignments” related to the subject matter are helpful, as becoming familiar with Access is not a “spectator sport.” An excellent way to get your feet wet (plus a little more) in Access. Macros, VBA for Access and SQL are referred to but are basically beyond the course scope.

This course was a good starting point. I was hoping for a deeper dive but I did learn a few things. The fundamentals taught here are important–especially for the beginning database architect!
