Course is great and to the point. It is a good summary of different strategies I learnt elsewhere over the time and it was a good recap/refreshment for me. But it is likely to be very beneficial for many people, who are just starting to explore this area. The only slight comment I have is that it is clear that various parts of the courses were shot at different time, so there is a bit of overlap and redundancy in certain places, but this is really not a significant. So I very much recommend this course.

Hi Emma, this was a good course. The activities, especially grounding, helped me very much. However, you must understand that chronic anxiety sufferers would have already done much of their research, so the inclusion of elementary advice like sleep, excercise, gratitude and connection came as a disappointment.
After having done the course, I also feel I have been overcharged for the course and am therefore feeling cheated. 6, 400 INR is way too overpriced – I would have been happy to pay 2,000 INR for the same and I feel I’m feeling generous. I learnt about your course through one of your YouTube videos (on square breathing), in which you mentioned that you would offer the course for free for whoever sent you a personal message. Well, if you could consider refunding a part of my course money, I shall be most grateful. We’re already suffering from a huge crisis in India due to second wave of Covid- 19 and I can’t afford to spend so much money on something which didn’t have as much content as I expected.

I love Emma’s way of explaining, she’s very calming to listen to. However, I don’t really feel I learned anything new from this course that I haven’t already read in countless books about anxiety, or seen in other videos on youtube. Also none of the external resource links work, which is a shame. If you are completely new to suffering from anxiety or depression, this course can definitely give you a few tips, and Emma is a wonderful person with a great manner of explaining, however, if you are a long term sufferer, you have probably read or heard all this information already.
