Very good course. Meditation provided is high quality and alogn with the journal are immediately usable in a therapy or educational setting (I’ll use them). The lessons are clearly presented and in depth. For me, it would have been a bit smoother if the mbsr practical lessons were at the end rather than the middle. But I can see why it’s organized that way. Definitely a great foundation to build a part time business teaching mindful stress reduction to people.

I have done a lot of courses on Mindfulness, and they have all been repetitive and fluffy. But this course avoids that by focussing on key cognitive processes and how they get tangled up. As a psychologist, I found the descriptions of this very insightful, and the materials provided useful for my work. I would really like the explanation of the ‘routine’ in part 4 in written format though, rather than the conversational face-to-camera style, which is not as clear as the rest.

I enjoyed the course and even done it twice 🙂
This course gave me a deeper understanding of stress causes and how to manage it. It also taught me how to practice MBSR and what to focus on when keeping a journal.
Thank you for giving me the tools to reduce daily stress.

I got a lot out of this course. The information is concise and well explained and the professional resources, particularly the audio and printable handouts, are very well preparaed and will be useful in my work.

It is not adequate to provide the strategies and techniques for conducting a MBSR course to students. In the U.S. licensure at many levels would be required. This course gives more of the psychological background and less of the actual classes.

I am loving the content, it is very straight forward and very easy to comprehend. I have not finished yet but there as someone that has written a psychology paper on the methods of MBSR there are a couple of things missing. However like I said I have not finished the whole course as yet and I expect I may find that those components before completion.
