Actually 5 stars are not enough to rate this magnificent most informative, demonstrative, instructional and easy to follow presentation on using polite English. In fact the presentation itself is nothing less than the application of the rules and principles promoted in the course.
In both as a general approach to communicating effectively, but further accentuated with beautiful, expertly handled examples from a variety of situational circumstances, the presenter, Dylan, openly shares the appropriate responses, at the same time conveying the feeling or emotional content of the main actor to the listener.
On a personal note now:
Dylan, I started learning English as a second language at home, when I was the size of my teddy bear. My first complete sentence ran like this:
“Politeness is to do and say the kindest thing in the kindest way”.

This is not only about a polite language. I think it’s more ethical. I would 100% recommend if you want various polite expressions rather than just saying please and thank you. To be honest it would have been nicer if the course was a bit longer. But it’s still great.
