For me this was it! I watched the full course to the end and I’m now producing music on my own. It was exactly what I wanted. I like how Martin is showing how to create music both with and without plug-ins. Even though I don’t own some of the plug-ins that Martin is showing in the course, it’s still very easy to follow along. All in all great course and I recommend it for everyone that wants a beginners music production course!

Great course for the price.
I would like to start with some drawbacks.
The first and second courses were too basic; bear in mind I play the piano and have played DAW other than logic pro x a quite while. The video quality of the last course on progressive house is 720k, which I found it difficult to see and follow.
Nevertheless, following what the instructor does at the third and fourth course was a great practice and gave some useful tips in mixing and mastering.

I enjoy taking the course because the instructor explains things very well. It’s fun to learn about the interesting plug-ins, loops, and music theory. I also like the download files of the music track that he instructed on so I can follow on on my own time. I think it will be very helpful for me to analyze later.
I think it would be helpful if the instructor provide explanations to the music terminologies that he uses. Maybe also give some examples of popular music and what make their sound unique.

Found this course to be great value. He explained music theory well for someone who never really go it. He’s got a great workflow, perhaps disorganised for some but very effective.

Good production concepts – I learned a lot. There are tracks that use only stock LPX and free plugins, but the 3rd track starts calling for PAID plugins. Instructor says it is for comparison with stock only plugins. When you get to that point and it seems like you can no longer follow the lesson, get the demo versions of the plugins. Better yet – try your best to use whatever plugins you have and see if you can apply what you’ve learned from the course and move forward. Cheers!

Martin’s courses are very thorough and easy to follow. His courses have singlehandedly been my greatest resource in learning how to produce Electronic Dance Music

need to explain in depth how you make the sounds in the plugins instead of just copying what the screen says. I copied the same retro synth chords as you and my sound came out way different. ended up not being able to complete the project because of it. but everything else was good knowledge. my big thing is just explain how you create. thanks
