WHAT WILL I LEARN?

FAQ
I have Premiere Pro CS6, can I follow this course? Sure you can! This course has been created to get you started with the fundamental features that came from older versions.
Will I be able to create explosions and crazy visual effects after this course? I’m sorry to let you down, but no. Premiere Pro is a cut and slice program. But it’s the core of the video editing process. Visual effects lay on top of your edit which is done in other applications and then brought to Premiere Pro.
Do I need a fast computer? As you will learn the basics you don’t need a fast computer. But it will make editing much more pleasant once you can playback your footage smoothly.
Must I have video footage before I can take this course? Nope, I’ve made it easy for you. In the course attachment you can find the same video footage as used within the course. There’s no copyright on it, so feel free to edit those clips and share it online!

Jordy is very good at tying his courses together and explaining how the functions within Premiere function. The course is put together quite well and appears to have been planned out well. I am very experienced in Movie Magix video editing software but found myself unable to navigate within Premiere After taking Jordy’s course I feel that I have a VERY good understanding of the basics of Premiere and am on a good track to self learn as well as follow other tutorials on YouTube that I was unable to follow because of my lack of very basic navigational skills within Premiere. Highly recommend this course!

This guy is the best teacher of Premiere PRO that I have ever encountered. If it were not for him I would have cancelled my subscription to PrPro. He is thorough, to the point and gets down to the basics. Even the tutorials that come with PrPro are worthless. Very Good starter course, explains everything clearly and easy to follow. I believe the video is from 2014 and using Adobe CC 2014, but was still able to follow with Adobe CC 2020.
I recommend this course for absolute beginners.

I would recommend this course to anyone getting started into Premiere Pro however I did give it a 4 star rating as Jordy is not presenting on the most current version.
