This is a very detailed series of videos on how to install Oracle RAC 11g. Much of the knowledge will also apply to Oracle 12C as well.

In my opinion some powerpoint would help to understand certain points in particular, not everything using video, the work done on anexed documents are short, it could be improved,, for 21 chapters only 7 have content, what reason are to show 14 empty chapters

Much more information is repetitive. This is not a recommended course for RAC since it has no detailed information. Just you can gt to know one line information about each and every component

I have taken more than 10 courses from udemy and this one is the only disappointing one . Utter rubbish course. Same things gets repeated again, again and again. Seems like they had some video clipping prepared for some presentations and they have clubbed them all together. I patiently went through almost all the clips, hoping the repetition will stop, but it continued. 1/2 star is the minimum I could else, if there was some negative, I would have given that. Please don’t take this course, waste of money.

Every topic is repeated several times. Too boring. Same matter is coming several times. Time is wasted a lot.
Sasidhar Thiriveedhi –
Please show the log files (alert log for db, asm etc.,)
how the tns and sqlnet should be configured
how to add a node and delete a rac node?
despite these, the course is pretty well laid out and the instructor is very thorough. It’s definitely worth taking this. will learn a lot.

Didn’t get much so far. Things are not straight but jumbled. Its difficult to do installation step by step by watching the lectures step by step. It’s installation guide so things should be straight not so confusing. Apart from that commands and steps should be provided step by step or complete script for it with videos. Not in jumbled format.
