This course covers all the essentials you need to know (and more) in order to use Jira and Confluence in your job. Kosh definitely put in a lot of effort into making this an in depth learning experience.
Joana Silva –
I have worked with Jira before, which this course clearly points out, how to best use the tool, but I was lacking the Admin side of things. By following this course, I am confident that I can now setup a full Jira project to be used by my corporation which will be useful for everyone. The extra confluence training was also very helpful. I have heard of the tool before and now it looks like I can use it in so many ways

This course help me to get familiar with Confluence I had to start work with. I also joined team working with Jira a this course removed the mist and made me big fan of Jira and Confluence. I would like to study more about these products. Thank you Kosh.
Eric Hubicka –
Kosh is very knowledgeable on the subject. I’ve learned a lot. This course encompasses many topics and gives you most of what you need to know to become comfortable with Jira & Confluence. The course is somewhat outdated as Atlassian has added, removed, and modified many features since the lectures were created. Other than that I would recommend this course for beginners.

Great course if you’re looking to learn Jira and Confluence from scratch, or looking to freshen up or improve your knowledge. All info is clear and detailed, and videos go step by step on all features.
A couple of minor things to improve on:
– Confluence Space Settings seem to have changed a lot, and are different vs video. An update seems required because it took me a while to find some of the stuff.
– In the JIRA-Confluence integration, it’d have been nice to see how you could also manually tag Confluence pages/spaces into JIRA’s issues or epics, just as an example for potential uses on the other way around (“for more info, check __”).
– I’d have liked to see more real world examples on how various organizations use different JIRA set ups and workflows. It’d help your students (future JIRA Admins and users) better ideas on how to set things up depending on organization requirements.
– In the multiple boards section (lesson 67 right now), it wasn’t clear how QA would have returned an issue to the dev team, if it wasn’t properly solved – something that should be pretty common on every day practice.
Just some feedback to improve an already great course. Thanks for the work you put on this!

I am new to Jeera and Confluence and this course made everything super easy. Now, I can put various real time activities in Jeera or Confluence to practice it. I am confident enough that I can work on my own on these software. I thank the trainer for making this course really useful and easy.

Amazing course, the best I’ve ever attended, I highly recommend it.
The information is presented in a very structured and thoughtful way, so that understanding the content, even more complex parts, is not difficult. Kosh for sure put a lot of effort into developing the course, he is an expert in the field and excellent instructor.
I never thought that I would become such a fan of JIRA and Confluence, but the material was so interesting that I enjoyed going through the whole thing, even the administrative sections, which I initially planned to skip as unnecessary for me now. Thank you!
Rodrigo Mendoza Casas –
Very good explanation, except I do not like when the host speaks using a no native language. However the examples were very useful.
Dakota Loberger –
Comprehensive and long in a good way. You definitely get more out of a didactic training like this when you follow along and do the exercises with him.

I’d been trying to learn JIRA on my own, but this course helped flesh out the questions I had and gave great answers to those questions.
