Excellent course. Thank you Willie! I’m improving with increased daily practice while in self isolation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Personally I find it better to listen first to each lesson and then practise. I have a way to go of course but it’s happening! It helps a lot being able to read music.

I’m an eternal beginner in Piano and was skeptical towards learning from online videos. But the description of the course sounded like exactly what I was looking for (entry point into Jazz).
I went in with full motivation and committed to practicing 30 min for 5 days a week. Progress was steady and after spending a total of 15 hours I reached the end of the course. I still need to get the song up to speed but otherwise I am thrilled with the result.
The best thing about this course is the instructor. At first I had the impression that he will go too fast but it turns out that he’s very patient. In most cases when I had a doubt myself about something he just said, he repeated it himself, sometimes twice, sometimes slowing down. This gave me the feeling of being on track and being encouraged. To sum it up, he has really good pedagogy, something that many online teachers are lacking.

Totally enjoyed it. Way different from the classical music I’m used to playing. Willie is a great teacher!

Muy buen curso..

Really well paced course that covers a lot of ground but in small enough bites that you don’t get too frustrated. Instructor is very patient and encouraging, knowing how the student will feel when challenged with new material. Well done!

Is nice cause, before running the walking bass. Please tell the students what Chord first before start to show us.
In the middle the you start to tell us what chord you are demonstrating. A little slower for the start. I have to keep on tracking where are you teaching. Because you did not mention what chord you are teaching. Overall you are a good instructor. I am not practicing now. But laying on the bed and watching you for a while before to know your way of teaching
