The course was very slow at time and didn’t explain what things were. More of just type what I type. It wasn’t a bad course but more explanation would have been helpful for me personally.
David Tesno –
dated content and the lesson plan was not in order. Was a good first course, just needed something a little more current.

I loved the beginning of the course. Then half way through, the course transition to man who started everything over. I would have like to see the course taught be the original woman. I felt like this was two course jammed together. When the second teacher suggested using textpad++ as the editor, I kicked the course to the curb.

Great first part, geting into basics of HTML5, CSS and a little of JS. The second part is from Y2013, which is pretty much outdated, e.g. not every browser support for HTML5, which is standart these days. As well as some bootstrap examples was not where the course tell they should be, because the page has several changes and you have to get basic code by yourself. Daily planner project is a lot in JS and JQ and if you haven’t any knowledge in those, you will not understand and learn to create any functions, because lectures just copy-paste several things and states – there’s this and there should be that, without explaining why. Next step definately is learning JS to be able to understand and create such a project independetly. Overall, learned a lot about basics of HTML, CSS. Keep on goin’

Was very good learning the updated content, however, the older content which was not updated is not completely relevant now.
Samaksh Puri –
it was amazing

The course was fantastic, it’s a great gateway into HTML and programming in general, although it feels like the second half it’s a bit outdated, but most of the info provided is still relevant and important to know moving forward if you’re thinking on making a career out of coding. Both teachers were excellent!

The instructor was articulate and easy to understand. It started out a bit dry, but after a few minutes I started to smile as I followed the coding process. Frankly, it was amusing.
Maham Imtiaz –
yes, perfectly good match
Dawn Snodgrass –
She needs a pop filter for the audio and she just jumps into CSS no real background, sounds boring like reading a textbook instead of teaching.
Lupita Reyes –
It helps when I only have one small laptop to see what she is teaching us with clear videos on the phone.
Alysson Campos Ramos –
Tem sido muito didático. A professora explica tudo com detalhes. Muito bom.
